Under general supervision and working as part of the Traumatic Loss Response Team, provides crisis and acute trauma interventions along with intensive case management services to persons who have lost a family member to, or have witnessed a homicide. Completes and maintains progress notes, service logs and other pertinent documentation according to agency and regulatory service standards.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, sociology or related field, with a minimum of one year professionally supervised work in the delivery of mental health, chemical dependency and/or social services. Valid drivers license with less than six points, proof of insurance along with operational vehicle, required. LSW, LPC, or RN required

The hours of work are 10:00am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday.
