For one of their stable partner in the IT industry they are looking for a German speaking Software Support Analyst to join their support team in Sant Cugat. The Job In this role, the candidate will give remote support to German publishing, media and marketing companies. The main tasks include Answering incoming requests from B2B clients to solve software problems Provide assistance in time sensitive situations Escalate incidents to Level 2 or 3 when unable to resolve Provide excellent customer support Ensure that service quality levels fully meet expectations The Profile The ideal candidate has either an IT Engineer diploma or a strong background in the field of IT Support. Furthermore, experience with software support is required. Excellent level of German and English IT Engineering or Software Engineering diploma (or equivalent) Strong technical background in the area of IT, software solutions, networks and or Graphics Arts Experience with computer applications such as Office, Communicator, Remote sharing or similar control software Experience within a customer oriented job Knowledge within Graphic design is valuable ITIL certification would be a big plus Analytic and technical skilled person Ability to work under pressure Problem solver, team player and organized person The Offer Working in a multinational company and global player in the BPO industry Being part of an international and multicultural advisor team No weekend work working days Monday to Friday A fun, friendly and open minded team Relocation package for candidates outside of Barcelona offered Attractive salary of 28.000 gross year permanency bonus (every 4 months) Training provided (2 months) and will take place in Sant Cugat del Vallès Permanent contract Start date ASAPSoftware Support Analyst (German)
