Commercial Property Solicitor, with Residential Development experience, Colchester, Essex

Our client is currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor, who has Residential Development experience. The successful candidate will be based in their Colchester office.

Experience required:

  • A Solicitor with 10 years + PQE, predominantly in Commercial Property
  • Report line: to a Partner

Job Specification:

Working alongside Partners in the Commercial Property Department, providing excellent service and advice.

Duties will include:

  • General Commercial Property work
  • Site acquisition
  • Running a plot sales team
  • Networking to sustain business development

Start date: As soon as possible

Salary: Dependent on experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, 1 hour for lunch

Holiday entitlement: 25 days per annum
