Whats a Service Manager?

A Service Manager is one of the most central persons in the our business Ecosystem. Its a person that you see every day and that members can turn to if they need any help. Its a person that strives to please customers in all possible ways, is passionate about all that service means and was born with a service mind. The Service Manager duties range from taking care of new members, welcome guests and visitors, host conferences and meetings, take care of bookings, helping members with basically any problem they may have, handle incoming and outgoing mail, make sure that the facilities look fresh and clean and basic maintenance.

Whos a Service Manager?

A Service Manager always wants to deliver the best possible service for all customers. Professional, focused, strong communication skills, cheerful, nice, sharp and good at solving problems are key qualities for the person were looking for. Experience within hospitality and other service professions is a huge plus.


Receptionist and concierge services within the Service Center

Manage daily operations by helping members and meeting guests and visitors

Book events and meeting rooms for members and guests

Show the company to interested customers

Manage opening and closing, including alarm

Manage the furnishing and maintenance of conference rooms, workspaces, event rooms, kitchenettes and lounges

Remove the dishes and operate the coffee stations

  • Manage registration of new members in the CRM systems as well as access systems and also de-registration of dismissed members
  • Managing customer support via mail, phone and chat
  • Handling inbound and outbound mail and deliveries
  • Manage inventory and purchases of consumables
  • Participate in the implementation of various events and happenings organized by the business for its customers. such as Digital Safaris, After works, lunch talks etc.

Skills & Requirements

See each member/guest/visit/customer as a sales opportunity and as an opportunity to represent the firm. Always greet new people in a welcoming, professional and respectful way.

Have 100% willingness to deliver the best possible service

Be a team player and always be ready take one for the team

Be able to focus on the tasks and deliver what is expected

Be responsive, fast, educational, problem solving, professional, nice, empathetic, focused, happy, humorous.

Be willing to, for a longer period of time, work and fully master the service management and be ready to commit to the company for at least one year.

Have previous experiences from the service profession. For example, hotel, conference facility, shop or customer support.

Have 100% recommendation from most credible references.

Strong communication skills, speak Dutch and English fluently

Have an interest for digital innovations and technology.
