ROLE: Technical Trainer- Software and PMO
LOCATION: Manchester

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Trainer to join a highly successful development programme, who are the first to achieve the British Computer Societys new Learning Capability Model Accreditation.

As the Technical Trainer, youll be doing the following:

  • Mentor/Train the candidates in the areas of Development & Implementation
  • Make recommendations to the team for the improvement and update of all the programmes
  • Ensure behavioural skills are maintained and supported
  • Ensure all administration tasks are competed in a timely fashion
  • Desire to learn and branch into other areas of the Training Programme

To be successful in this role, youll have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven industry experience in business related Java and/or C# Software Development
  • Programming ability with in-depth understanding of underpinning techniques software construction
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable working with people
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Java and/or C#
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented development
  • Knowledge of SDLC- Waterfall and Agile
  • Knowledge of SQL, T-SQL and/or PL/SQL
