Empiric are working with a leading retail company to recruit a Business Process Change Manager on a permanent basis located in the East Midlands.

The purpose of this role is to ensure business benefits realised through provision of detailed knowledge of business processes; delivering Business Change elements of projects; contributing effectively to achieve desired objectives, within budget and timescales. The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the project life cycle to ensure that project solutions meet business requirements.

You must be an effective communicator (both written and verbal) who can adapt to different audiences, both internal and external at all levels. You will have the ability to manage time and resources effectively to work on multiple projects concurrently. You will be confident in representing the customer, business areas and the company in all project activities and be able to adapt and learn new systems, procedures and comfortable with change.

A retail background is preferred and you must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in management and/or project delivery. Project Management recognised qualification is preferred but not essential as well as experience of Oracle Retail or another Retail ERP system. You must be computer literate with an ability to apply all Microsoft packages to the level required to fulfil the role. Driving license essential.

Salary: £45,000 per annum + Benefits
