Join this companys Customer Hub and you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and making outbound servicing and maintenance calls. Your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining sufficient knowledge of all products and services across the Audi, ranges; Being able to answer incoming calls promptly and efficiently; Securing sales appointments in an efficient and courteous manner; and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer interacting role is required, together with an enjoyment for working in fast paced, target driven environments. You will have a passion for maintaining high standards, strong interpersonal communication skills, good attention to detail and you will be driven/motivated to succeed.

4 week rotational shift - week 1 7.30am to 4.30pm, week 2 8.30am to 5.30pm, week 3 9am to 6pm and week 4 10.30am to 7.30pm.

1 in 4 Saturdays - 9am to 1pm ( this time is taken back as lieu the following week)
