Due to high demand, we are looking to recuit flexible Support Workers within the West & East Sussex region. We will be offering a range of shift types from days, lates, earlies, wake nights, sleep in's, long days and across the weekends inside a range of services such as Residential Homes, Learning Disability Homes, Supported Living Services and Homeless Accomodations where you will be supporting various client groups of your choosing.

We work with a list of well established care clients in different locations, but to name a few we have services based in the Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Newhaven, Angmering, Burgess Hill and Eastbourne areas. The great thing about having such varied clients and locations is that this means we can offer you a selection of shifts in seperate areas or keep you in one location if you'd prefer!

Using your previous experience within the care sector, you will already posses the skills and mindset required to confidently work alongside vulnerable service users. You wil be emotionally resilient, understanding and non-judgemental as well as friendly, reliable and of course dedicated to providing a high standard of care and support at all times. Being able to drive is not essential for this role as majority of our clients are easilly accessible via public transport links.

Our clients have been working with us for years meaning we have built strong and trustworthy working relationships with them. They are extremely welcoming and offer warm smiles and friendly faces to all of our hard working Support Workers to attend their services. They require continuity within their service, commitment and dependability.
