Client: Great opportunity to join one of the largest players in the car interiors market internationally who offer long term roles with a culture of promoting from within.

Role :

As an Assembly Operative you will be working on all elements of assembly and production, as well as quality inspection, paint spraying and plastic injection moulding to create high quality interior car parts for some of the leading brands in the car market. You will keep work stations clean and tidy follow the 5S principles and comply with health and safety policies.

Starting wage: £8.60ph rising to £9.89 and to £10.06ph within the first year.

Key Skills:-

ability to complete fast paced repetitive work,
work on own initiative and part of a team.
You will have strong communication skills,
good eye for detail
Be quality consciences of parts produced and assembled.
Work to SOP’s
Good levels of literacy and numeracy
Good attitude towards learning new processes

Previous automotive experience would be helpful, but it is not essential as on the job training will be provided to ensure you are able to settle into your new role quickly.


33 days holiday per year
Two pay rises within the first year first one after 12 weeks will take it up to £9.89ph then another one after 6 months will take it up to £10.06ph
Permanent roles available - excellent conversion rate
Enhanced overtime rates - compulsory overtime
Uniform supplied

Shifts :

Various shift patterns Monday to Friday on a rotating 3 shift or 2 shift patterns
