Pertemps are pleased to announce that we are currently working in partnership with our client to recruit Food Production Operatives on a 4 on 3 off shift pattern working on 12hr shifts based in Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn up to £360 a week in the build up to Christmas.

There is free secure on-site parking. The site is in easy reach of the A6, A14 and A45.

Shifts available:

Monday to Thursday 07.00 – 19.00 = Up to £340 per week
Monday to Thursday 19.00 – 07.00 = Up to £360 per week

As a Food Production Operative your duties will include:

Picking and packing of raw materials to be made ready for dispatch and delivery
Working quickly and accurately to meet production targets
Receiving and distributing items at goods in
Abiding to health and safety best practices
Ensuring production areas are kept clean and tidy at all times

To be successful as a Food Production Operative you will have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience within a similar environment would be an advantage but full training will be given
Experience of achieving pick rates and accuracy targets
Flexible attitude to hours or work and a team player
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
