Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Salary: Between £29,000 - £32,479 (Depending on experience)
Location: Thornton-Cleveleys (Outskirts of Blackpool)

Summary of the role:

Responsible for supplying high quality supply chain information and insight to the Supply Chain function to support decision making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate monthly KPIs reports across the Supply Chain and improve the quality of these measures over time Complete regular project reports for senior stakeholders .
* Complete capacity modelling for principal manufacturing assets using the latest demand forecast, including demand scenarios, highlighting risks to supply.
* Generate proposed requirements for replenishment orders to regional warehouses in line with the planning cycle, and agree these with local logistics officers,
* Formalise the global stock policy and reset stock levels using this approach in line with the Project Unity roll out plan.
* Calculate the required stock levels for key raw materials to support the UK warehousing strategy
* Drive the slow moving and obsolete (SLOB) stock process, ensuring a continued reduction in SLOBs value over time Analyse global freight and warehousing costs, identify areas for savings and work with key contacts to deliver these.
* Manage the customer complaints process for Supply Chain; entering, researching and closing reports
* Complete timely entry of World Check data
* Provide analytical support to the wider supply chain team in support of the ERP implementation project

Required Skills & Experience:

* Solid understanding of statistical stock setting processes and best practice measurements
* Ideally experience of working in commercial and Supply Chain roles.
