Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Progressive Role Into Management - £35,000-£45,000 (DOE)

A long established, family run packaging manufacturer based near Birmingham airport is seeking an enthusiastic, career driven Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This role is due to succession planning within the business and provides great career progression opportunities into management.

The role is based in a modern, purpose built facility and you will be working mainly on mechanical breakdowns, although electrical knowledge will also be required.

This role would suit anyone with experience in a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Manager or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role.

Requirements:

* Will ideally have man-management or have team leadership experience.
* Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC’s.
* Must be multi-skilled, or mechanically bias with experience of electrical maintenance.
* Apprenticeship qualified as a minimum.

The Package:
Salary - £35,000-£45,000
Working Hours - 8am-5pm (Monday - Friday)
Start and finish times can be flexible
Pension Scheme
Paid Overtime
28 days holiday
