Description

Efficient and engaging Production Manager is required for this well established manufacturing business in north Nottinghamshire.

You will manage a head count of 20-30 people on a single static shift (this will fluctuate due to agency heads and volume dependant).

You will have fabrication product knowledge, continuous improvement knowledge and experience and proven employee engagement and performance management experience.

This is a full time permanent position; the salary is negotiable depending on experience, circa £27-£30k per annum.
