Role: Mental Health Solicitor or Legal Executive

Location: Greenwich, London

Salary: DOE

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mental Health Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a small but established Mental Health team, under the legal aid scheme, for my client based in South East London.

The successful Mental Health Solicitor or Legal Executive must demonstrate passion and experience in a broad range of public funded Mental Health Law.

You must have experience of working under a Legal Aid Agency contract, you must also be able to work as part of the team as well as being able to manage a caseload and work independently.

Skills & Experience


* Qualified Mental Health Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner
* Ability to manage own caseload
* Experience dealing with a range of matters under Mental Health Law
* Experience dealing with both publicly and privately funded matters

* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Confident and outgoing
* Practical, solution-focused approach
* Commercial awareness
* Comfortable with networking and business development activities
