We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, highly organised individual to join a successful, dynamic business in Guildford in the role of Legal Administrator.

The role involves progressing files through to closing, including ensuring that all necessary documents are on file, chasing documents required, checking for any omissions or mistakes, keeping all parties up to date on the progress of their case and keeping up to date on changing industry regulations to ensure compliance at all times.

We are looking for someone with proven administrative experience in either the legal or property industry. You must have excellent attention to detail and posses a calm and professional demeanour.

Alongside a competitive salary of up to £20k the company offer a good benefits package including bonuses, 23 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), BUPA plan, childcare vouchers, regular social events, free fruit and good opportunities for career development. Hours are Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm.
