An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a talented lawyer with strong commercial property experience to join our client’s thriving and expanding firm located in the Haworth area. The successful applicant will handle a diverse caseload consisting of a range of commercial property matters.

Responsibilities

- Auction work
- Developments
- Industrial properties
- Leasing of commercial properties
- Licensed property
- Mortgages and refinancing
- Pension fund transactions
- Professional partnerships
- Retail properties

The Candidate

- Applications are encouraged from legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of five years’ PQE
- Confidently manage own caseload
- Sound knowledge of all commercial property matters
- Keen eye for detail and professional approach to your work
- Works well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy
