Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to work within their well established and reputable Conveyancing team. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract initially.

You will supported by an administrative team, but will need to manage your own workload and cases within this busy team.

Previous experience as a Residential Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive/ Licenced Conveyancer is essential for this role.

This is a busy role, you must have good communication skills, client relation skills, proven file management experience of Residential Property cases and be proficient in the use of microsoft office packages and case management/ time recording.
