The Person

We are looking for a charismatic individual with the ability to demonstrate impeccable customer service, as well as someone who is motivated and self-driven, as to ensure that Fortnum & Mason is the key destination for wine and spirits choices.

The Role

Based on the lower ground floor, reporting to the Floor Manager, we have a unique opportunity for Wine and Spirit Sales Associate to join the Fortnum & Mason retail team.

You will offer your expertise to our customers with recommendations as well as establish and maintain customer relationships. There will also be the opportunity to assist with company wine events so knowledge in both Wine and spirits or a WSET qualification would be highly advantageous.
