Pricing and Promotion Analyst – 6 month FTC – Avonmouth - £21,000 per annum + Benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced candidate to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract. In return, you will be offered a competitive salary and fantastic benefits!

The role is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of customer price files and advance pricing functions. Ultimately providing the resolution of price and other promotional claims and for reviewing promotional accrual data and resolving inconsistencies.

Responsibilities of the role:

* Maintain customer adjustment schedules in accordance with company policy, ensuring that accurate pricing is invoiced to the customer and fewer claims received

* Review, investigate and resolve price claims and other promotional claims with account handlers & customers

* Act as business contact for customer pricing and build rapport with the Sales team

* Liaise on a regular basis with key stakeholders to ensure prompt query resolution

* Responsible for advanced pricing functions and implementing the advanced price functions across the business in areas where this will be an improvement on current process.

* Input into promotional and pricing processes, ensuring the processes meet company requirements and provide feedback with ideas / suggestions for changes

* Responsible for ensuring all promotional invoices are scanned and logged on to the promotions system accurately and within agreed SLA

* Reviewing missing promotional discounts and correcting in line with company process

* Review un-accrued sales volumes in line with promotional agreements to spot any missed activity
