Manager and Assistant Manager

Menswear store based within McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, Bridgend

Our client is a leading Menswear retailer and they are looking for an experienced Management team for their new store based within McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Derwen, Bridgend CF32 9SU.

The successful applicants must have managerial experience in Menswear / Fashion experience as duties will include store management, managing the team to include sales and service, merchandising stock and presentation, plus use of till and card machine.

You will be given training on all their stock, which will give you more confidence in selling their products to potential customers. However managerial experience in retail in Menswear / Fashion is essential together with good merchandising skills.

Hours of work will be a minimum of 40 hours per week, between store opening times: Monday to Friday 10am until 8pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm, and Sunday 10 am to 6pm.

As you will be responsible for the store rota, a varied shift pattern will be required, and more hours may be required from time to time to cover staff shortages eg: covering holidays and busy periods.
