This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing FMCG company which is based in Wiltshire! This role offers excellent rates of pay and this is not an opportunity to miss!

You will be responsible for assisting both new and existing customer orders as well as assisting with direct customers contacting us.

Your key tasks will be:

- Obtaining and processing all orders via standing order, telephone and emailing the customer and inputting these into orders that get processed.

- Assisting with new customer queries and processing these into new customers

- Searching for new customers

- Managing customers in terms of chasing orders, updating progress of orders and also understanding the customer requirements

- Chasing up payment if the customer falls behind.

The role is Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months customer service experience with a retail, hospitality or telesales environment and have the ambition to succeed.
