BOUTIQUE STORE MANAGER- EDINBURGH

Salary: £28-33k

Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Client focused, dynamic luxury led Store Manager to join this prestigious, Luxury brand with strong British heritage.

Job Role:

As Store Manager, you will report directly to the Area Manager and be responsible for delivering Clientelling and commercial excellence of your store. You will be the role model for exceptional service and through inspirational leadership develop your team to be ambassadors of the brand. You'll combine your experience, commercial insight and excellent visual merchandising skills to continually grow the success of the brand and look to exceed targets year on year.

Experience necessary:

• At least 2 years demonstrable experience gained as Assistant Manager with a

luxury brand

• Experienced in driving Clientelling through the team

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen

• Enthusiastic, self-confident, well presented and self-motivated

• Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, and effective

CRM

• Seeks opportunities to be proactive and pre-empt store and team issues

• Demonstrates respect, leadership capabilities and regularly exceeds

expectations
