Job Summary

Provides daily direction and manages a team of direct reports and

responsibilities include:



Management Responsibilities

Develop and manage annual performance and development plans

Direct and implement strategic plans for the teams.

Build and maintain effective relationships

Promote employee development

Develop and manage succession plans



Team Responsibilities

Developing research solutions and project scope in response to

internal problem statements; work with the Business and Market

Research to design qualitative and/or quantitative research

methodology and instruments (i.e., surveys and discussion guides);

and, assist in conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research

(i.e., execute interviews, marketing analyses, etc.) with the

assistance of Market Research.

Update/maintain customer segmentation data/model, and create

extensive segmentation analysis to support and inform business goals.

Maintain marketing targeting process and practice that provides

targeted marketing lists and analysis to marketing department.

Maintains subject expertise on legacy billing systems and Sales

Force while shifting focus to new CRM, SAP.

Develop and implement best-practice customer insights processes.

This includes standardization of work and the maintenance of a

searchable SharePoint archive of research finding

Dedicated focus on data cleansing and identifying ways to attract

and grow SMB data such as email and phone numbers.



Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Marketing

In addition to required degree, 7 years related work experience

Desired Qualifications

* MBA or advanced marketing/research degree

* MMR in research.

* Brand strategy experience

* Experience designing and implementing a market research program

for an organization

* Experience in leading across organizational boundaries and

effectively managing matrix relationships

* Segment and/or product management experience

* Experience in using customer/product insight to shape marketing

decisions

* Hands-on experience conducting primary market research and/or

related marketing analytics, modeling, etc.

* Salesforce and similar CRMs, Qualtrics, Power BI or similar visual

analytics tools, SQL. Ability to create and manipulate pivot

tables, v-lookups and Macros within Excel.

* Experience in working with market segmentation technologies such

as Acxiom, Mosaic, PRIZM, etc.
