Zachary Daniels is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager or Store Manager who has a passion for customer service and driving results. This retailer prides themselves on giving their customer an inspiring store experience, confidence building and sharing personal joy.

If you love to take ownership and see your team excel this is the role for you. Responsibilities include:

* Leading in personal customer service.

* Coaching, motivating and leading your team.

* Having a presence on the sales floor and driving sales.

* Interacting with customers, building relationships and creating an energised and positive environment.

* Maintaining excellent standards and acting as a brand ambassador.

* Visual merchandising, analysing commercial reports and making decisions.

* Making decisions, problem solving and taking the lead.

* Managing performance to include goal setting, development and appraisals.

* Being flexible in supporting with back of house, administration, visual merchandising and customer focus.

* Sharing personal ideas on how to drive the business forward and sharing brand values.

This a rewarding role and ideal for an Assistant Manager looking to gain Store Manager experience as a 12 month fixed term contract cover maternity leave.

Full training is provided.

Backgrounds include premium/high street fashion, accessories, footwear, jewellery, beauty or homewares.

On offer is a salary from £25,000 - £29,000 based on experience plus benefits.
