Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargos more than 70 million global customers.



This position will provide operational support and stability with proactive management for endpoint access services within the Secure Access Technologies team with primary focus on mobility and remote access solutions. Deliver all services consistent with internal support objectives and customer Service Level Agreements.



This position will be responsible for line of business and cross-functional team partnership and third level support of client-side agent software and end user troubleshooting.



The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with large-scale enterprise and multi-site geographically load balanced solutions. In addition to a positive customer service attitude, this position is expected to perform system configuration management and troubleshooting within a complex network environment.



This position will also be responsible for vulnerability remediation, client compatibility testing, problem management, and change control management including related documentation for each item. Required Qualifications



- 5 years of information security applications and systems experience

- 3 years of experience in network security infrastructure (includes firewall, intrusion detection, and cyber threat)

- 3 years of VPN support experience

- 3 years of change management experience

- 3 years of technical documentation and publication experience

- 1 years of supporting multi-factor authentication

- 1 years of mobile solutions engineering experience

- 1 years of Citrix experience

Desired Qualifications



- Advanced Information Security technical skills

- Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

- Knowledge and understanding of network security and network protocols

- Knowledge and understanding of system engineering with emphasis on load balancing or network infrastructure

- 1 year of JIRA experience

- Knowledge and understanding of technology support: Apple products and systems

- Experience testing and supporting access to Citrix farms via Apple iOS mobility devices and thin client devices

- Knowledge and understanding of mobile apps in the various app stores such as iTunes or Android Market

- 1 year of Android development experience

Other Desired Qualifications



- Scripting and automation techniques

- Reporting experience with tools such as (or equivalent) Splunk and its concepts of reports, dashboards, queries and alerts

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and procedures such as Agile

- Familiarity with a change and problem release management practices like ITIL

- Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships

- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment

- Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships across multiple lines of business and technology groups.

Job Expectations



- Ability to work on call as assigned

- Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours
