Human Resources develops and implements our team members, candidates, and operational strategies to support Wells Fargos business objectives. This group manages compensation and benefits, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, team member relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. The Instructional Design Associate Consultant (IDAC) reviews and updates learning solutions and may develop a module or small program for a variety of technical and functional needs ensuring it is relevant and applicable for an identified purpose. Collaborates with subject matter experts and Learning & Development professionals on maintenance and development-related tasks; maintains existing relationships. Manages assigned instructional design tasks effectively with limited guidance.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Leverage learning and development knowledge to primarily maintain as well as design and develop curriculum and training tools. Apply sound instructional design methodology to meet business and learning objectives.

- Manage multiple course update projects simultaneously. Manage risk in all aspects of design, development, and implementation of training solutions.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of Wells Fargo technology, systems, processes, procedures, products, and services as they affect the curriculum and training tools.

- Maintain thorough knowledge of Curriculum Design methods.

- Provides support to client groups by maintaining, designing and developing sound programs that meet business objectives.

Location: The preferred locations for this job opening are as listed in the job posting (West Des Moines, IA; Chandler, AZ; Charlotte, NC; San Antonio, TX; Sioux Falls, SD; Minneapolis, MN; Houston, TX; Atlanta, GA). However, other locations may be considered for this opportunity. Required Qualifications

- 6 months of instructional design experience

- 6 months of experience maintaining training materials that require adherence to published standards such as Associate Press Style, corporate style guide, and branding standards

- 6 months of experience maintaining training materials using instructional design tools such as a learning content management system (LCMS), Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or other comparable tools

Desired Qualifications

- 2 years of learning and development experience

- Strong attention to detail, including accuracy in grammar and a sharp focus on eliminating errors

- Experience identifying tasks required of a learner and prioritizing those tasks for training design and development

- Knowledge and understanding of ADDIE model for instructional design

- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning or education: facilitation and instructional design

- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills

- Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications to research and identify current business documentation and procedures

- Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership

- A BS/BA degree or higher in Instructional Design or related discipline

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations

- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
