The One Group has the pleasure of recruiting for a growing business with national presence!

Due to extensive growth within the business, I am looking for a Business Development Manager to work a national market!

This is a new role for the business, giving you an exciting opportunity to make your own mark on the business!

The purpose of this role is to develop and grow the business by forming sales strategies and business relationships to expand existing business and drive sales growth.

The key responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to the following.

• Be responsible for developing and implementing the group’s overall business strategy

• Identify new business opportunities for the business, including but not limited to the current contracting base, end clients and suppliers

• Seek and recognising new revenue streams and opportunities

• Negotiate with third parties when required

• Be responsible for building relationships with current and potential clients to increase sales volume

Essential Experience for this role will include.

• Previous experience in a similar role

• A proven track record of new business development

• Previous experience of delivering business strategies

The skills required for this role will include, not be limited to.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels

• Proven ability to influence others at all levels

• Strong team building skills
