We are looking for an Assistant Manager to bring innovative

thinking to deliver an unsurpassed Customer Experience within the retail

environment. We aim to turn every

touchpoint into an unforgettable brand experience where our customers are

engaged, educated and entertained, walking away with knowledge and confidence

that will help them feel and look beautiful from the inside out. This role will work closely with multiple

teams such as Creative, Education, Integrated Communications and Consumer

Engagement. You will turn information,

data, our brand heritage and marketing launch calendars into a insightful

briefs that drive great customer experiences and events in store. These events

and event animations will help our clients build their confidence through

personalized looks, solutions and a magical experience with Bobbi Brown Artists

around the world that encourage repeat visits word of mouth sharing.


Inpartnership with Director, Global Consumer Engagement, deliver comprehensiveand innovative creative briefs, keeping the consumer at the center of theexperience

Helpmap the end to end customer experience and identify opportunities to enhanceand optimize including creative needs, store navigation opportunities,integration of technology solutions and tools as well as amplification andarticulation of at counter services

Workclosely with Consumer Insights to leverageinitiate primary and secondarystudies to apply learnings to optimize the Bobbi Brown customer journey andflex the experience based on regional and local nuances

Maintaina social-first approach to events and brand activations

Workin close partnership with the Social and Integrated Communications teams tosupport initiatives with influencers and content to maximize impact

Generateretail marketing calendar, adapting assets across in-store, events, sampling,digital social. Define animationpriorities as well as tiered opportunities to drive maximum global relevance

Inputideas into creative concept briefs to inspire new and innovative thinking,working closely with creative as well as key regional teams

Alignon needs with key regions and provide detailed executional guidance to assistin local market implementation as well as alignment with global creativedirection

Executeand manage flawlessly, on time and within budget. Develop KPIs and report on performance withan eye toward continuous improvement



3-4 years of relevant work experience (in marketingadvertisingmarketresearchdigitalecommerce)

Ideal candidate will be self-directed and have data analyticsexperience including pulling and analyzing data. Good business judgment andquick learner with high energy level. Capable of thinking out of the box, whilebeing strategic and analytical with a passion to win

BABS required, MBA a plus

Degree inmathematics, statistics or digital marketingadvertising highly desirable

Preferreddigital analytics experience from a fast-paced client-side or agencyorganization

Idealcandidate will have at least one year experience insocialdigital analytics with mastery in using self-service tools (Synthesio,Social Bakers, Netbase, Prescriptive Insights, Google Analytics), excel andrelated software

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and aproven ability to build collaborative partnerships

Effective influencing and listening skills, as well asflexibility, a strong work ethic, and being a strategic thinker are valuedskills. Service orientation and resultsfocused.
