Are you an experienced Commercial Assistant, Assistant QS or maybe a Finance or Construction Administrator looking for your new role? How would you like to work for market leader in the Highways Term Maintenance Industry?

We are responsible for looking after over 50,000kms of the UK's highways network and we have an exciting vacancy for the right candidate to join us in supporting the finance and commercial teams.

As a Construction Administrator you will be required to:

* Be responsible for Subcontractor Orders & Order production

* Be responsible for the Subcontractor order tracker

* Be responsible for the Task Order tracker

* File weekly reconciliation meetings – scanning and uploading to SharePoint

* Measure entry

* GRN process

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous experience in a similar role as a Commercial Assistant, Assistant QS or Finance/Construction Administrator - this is essential

* MS intermediate qualification including Excel

* SAP and Causeway skills - would be beneficial

* Knowledge of commercial and finance purpose and processes

* Be methodical and focused in their approach to work

This is a full time permanent position.
