Graduate Project Manager
c£20,000-£24,000

I am currently working with a specialist Construction, Project Management and Consultancy company which offer a full range of high-value, start to finish Pre-Construction, Construction and Construction Management services. We are looking to add a Graduate Project Manager to the team. You will be working on mainly Public Sector projects such as Healthcare and Educational projects ranging from £100,000 to £6 Million.  As a company they carry out both refurbs and new builds and work across a range of sectors including: Student Accommodation, Healthcare and Residential projects ranging in value from £250,000 right up to £200+ Million working with Blue-Chip clients 

I am looking for a Graduate Project Manager who ideally has at least 1 year of experience whether it be during a sandwhich year or post degree. Although this a consultancy it also does main contracting work.  It is a unique role as although it is a consultancy you will probably spend more time out of the office as it's encouraged that you get out on site to get an overview of the projects.  

Requirements:

- Construction related degree
- 1 year of experience in a trainee Project Manager role on either the Consultancy or Main Contractor side
