Our client are a well-known residential developer that build over 2,500 new homes a year, and have shown massive increases in revenue across the business, and huge growth over the last few years; with new and exciting growth plans for the coming 24 months, and secured land that allows them to build for the next 15 years, and over 20,500 units.

Due to this rapid and successful expansion; they are looking for a Materials Controller to join their business, with a view to work on exciting RC frame led residential developments, and to progress to a more senior role.

The project in mind consists of the construction of multiple traditional build and RC frame houses and apartments across a development which is split into 4 phases to create 160 new high spec homes, with commercial units, community space, retail units and full landscaping & local infrastructure. The project is located in Dagenham, Essex.

The ideal candidate would come from a logistics or storeman background, capable of managing and cataloguing inventory along with overseeing deliveries and logistics in and out of the site, but candidates from a merchant background would also be considered.

The successful candidate would not just join the business to complete this one project, instead would join a business where they will be given the opportunity to deliver multiple projects, and join a path of personal development and progression; with options to progress into Site Management, or commercial & technical opportunities.

In return they can offer an exciting package with earnings up to £50,000.00 a year, along with lots of other benefits and opportunities including a 10% pension contribution.

This includes:

* Salary ranging from £25,000 up to £35,000 dependent upon experience

* Bonus of up to 25% of your annual salary, paid quarterly

* Car allowance of up to £4,000
