An independent, multi-disciplinary consultancy are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to strengthen their team. Established for nearly 40 years, the consultancy comprises of Building and Quantity Surveyors, Design Technicians and Project Managers and works within the commercial, education, health and public sectors. They have seen exceptional growth over the last year by providing the highest level of service to their clients, including market leading condition surveys.

Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Building Surveyor:

* Building surveys

* Schedules of condition

* Schedules of dilapidation

* Party wall awards

* Measured building surveys

* Project management

* Specification writing

* Contract administration

Skills & Experience:

* MRICS

* Autocad would be advantageous

* Ability to multi-task

* Attention to detail

* Driving licence

Salary & Benefits:
