If you are looking for a full-time position with outstanding benefits and excellent career growth potential, AXA is building out our Group Retirement Operations team in our Syracuse office and were looking to develop a strong team of data processing and customer service professionals.

This position will be responsible for the processing of single and/or multiple functions and/or end-to-end processing of a variety of services for Inforce policies. Under direct supervision, this role performs routine transactions and conducts basic research and analysis as well as handling data entry. More complex requests would be escalated to senior level specialists.

As required on a volume basis, this position also handles most contact center inforce service inquiries, escalating the most complex cases to more experienced service reps. May also capture conservation and lead generation opportunities. As your experience develops you may be responsible for handling all levels of service inquiries and possibly mentor junior level associates.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High School education required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Some college- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- 1-4 years of data processing and/or customer service experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of product features and transaction processing.

- Ability to handle all calls with tact and poise while conveying a sense of understanding and urgency.

- Ability to answer routine inquiries and requests and with experience, to research and answer more complex issues.

- Strong interpersonal decision making and problem solving skills and ability to work within a team.

- Ability to perform basic calculations and draft basic correspondence.

- General computer proficiency with the ability to learn multiple processing systems.
