Part Time Agency Sales Support Assistant



Overview



Sentry Insurance is seeking a part time Agency Sales Support Assistant to help support and maintain our agency relationships. In this role, you will process appointments and terminations for Sentrys Agency partners. You will also maintain agency files, and complete agency reports on a timely basis. This is a part time opportunity (18-20 hours per week) with an extremely flexible schedule during our business hours.



What Youll Do



As an Agency Sales Support Assistant, you will assist with the maintenance of Agency Files. Additionally, you will:



- Prepare and mail agency appointments and questionnaires.



- Maintain and update various data and contact information in systems.



- Make changes to producers in various systems as needed



- Upload various documents to systems



- Perform other job-related duties as assigned



What it Takes



- 0-2 years of related work experience



- Associate degree or equivalent work experience



- Strong communication and organizational skills



- High level of accuracy with data entry



- Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and remain organized
