As a Sales Director, you will develop and win net new business across

your respective territory. You will champion the innovative power of

our products to help subscription companies maximize subscription

revenue and retention.

What you will do

* Own the entire sales process and account strategy for generating

and developing new business opportunities with large enterprise

customers

* Manage multiple opportunities through the entire cycle at one

time, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve

as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related

activities

* Work closely with the SDR team to research territory and formalize

a go-to-market territory strategy, build a qualified target

account list and craft campaigns to generate new opportunities

* Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline through a combination

of cold calling, email/social media campaigns and market

knowledge/intelligence

* Position Vindicia solutions through value-based selling, business

case definition, return on investment analysis, references and

analyst insight

* Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales as required

* Effectively influence and motivate internal cross-functional team

members to drive sales success

* Accurately forecast sales opportunities and deliver revenue

accordingly

Requirements

* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a

related field

* 5+ years of enterprise in software solutions field sales

experience into large enterprises

* Relevant experience selling high-value software solutions,

preferably cloud- or SaaS-based

* Experience with subscription billing, payments, and ecommerce a

plus

* Existing network of contacts in large enterprises and potential

partners within the territory

* Well-rounded, well-trained, and well-tested business professional

who has exceptional sales acumen, presentation skills and

significant experience

* Able to demonstrate a track record of excellent sales achievement

and business development activities within a pre-defined territory

* Consistent record of sales over achievement against quota targets,

with a successful history of direct net new business sales

* Credibility at all levels with prospects and clients, with

evidence of establishing relationships internally and with the

customer

* Excellent written, oral communication and social skills and strong

strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to

plan, pitch, and execute a territory sales strategy

* Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in evolving team

environment
