JOB REQUIREMENTS: Req #: 53677 Job Summary: The Trade Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Generac Trade Compliance team with the administration and operation of Generac Power Systems Export and Import compliance and operations process. Responsibilities include assisting internal departments and international business units with shipments; including reviewing export documents, arranging communications between internal and external stakeholders and processing shipment requests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the international trade compliance department mailbox and processing all requests timely. Assist in reviewing and resolving Denied Party Screening results. Ensure all required trade documents are complete and accurate, as well as, correctly and timely transmitted to appropriate parties; including international drop shipments for Generac and its subsidiaries. Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical demands: Minimal Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of administrative experience Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP Experience working with export and import documentation Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing environment, materials and processes; High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Strong interpersonal and communications skills in both verbal and written format; Knowledge of export and import documentation; Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work with a minimal amount of supervision; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
