BIM Manager

Circa £60,000/year + Travel + Secondment Package

Mons, Belgium

Major data centre developments are underway in Mons, Belgium and my client is in the market for an experienced project/site based BIM Manager. You will be working closely with the project and design team members to ensure successful BIM delivery and will be reporting regularly to the relevant project manager as well as the Head of BIM.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain BEP throughout the working life of the project. Quality check to make sure the model and data entries comply with set standards.

• Managing the processes and procedures for successful information exchange

• Host and participate in BIM Co-ordination meetings alongside the Design Manager – live walkthroughs, problem solving, clash detection, etc.

• Promote BIM

Requirements:

• An MEP BIM background. Architectural and Structural experience is also an advantage.

• Data Centre Experience beneficial

• Proven BIM track record including authoring tools

• Good management and organisational skills
