This position is part of the Integrated Data Services (IDS) Data Scanning and Access group which is responsible for ensuring data within supported applications is secure and appropriate approvals for access have been received. The day to day activities focus on data scanning across all platforms via a scanning tool and/or metadata criteria scans for the Remediation and Sustainment operations for Data Encryption Project.



Along with this project, numerous other initiatives around data detection include: UAR/SAR, PCI, PII, CCPA/GDPR. In this position, the person will be tasked with deciphering results, integration within projects and working with teams to lock down the data, encrypt or mask/scrub the data.



The team member will be responsible for completing analysis and reviews efforts related to data scans and PII elements.



As a BSC4 with the Enterprise Data Scanning Team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:



- Daily data analysis of scanning results, coding and presentation of data

- Working with Application Teams and Projects to review results of scans

- Improving Data Analysis and Coding

Required Qualifications



- 5 years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

- 2 years of analytical experience

- 2 years of data security experience

- 2 years of database experience

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

- 5 years of experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools

- Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships

- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

- Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
