Rare and exciting opportunity to join a vast, established and forward thinking team in the East Midlands, working as a Building Safety and Compliance Manager.

As The Building Safety and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the following;

- Responsible for taking the lead on compliance, covering; Gas, Electric, Legionella, Asbestos, Radon, Fire Safety and many more
- Developing existing systems for compliancy reports and performance management
- Be the point person to a team of compliancy officers
- Ensuring that the Operational and Strategic risk register is being proactively monitored

The ideal Building Safety and Compliance Manager you will need;

- NBOSH or equivalent in a relevant safety / compliancy discipline
- Extensive knowledge within safety
- A high level of commitment to professional development, passion about housing and making a positive mark in the housing industry
