Acorn is currently searching for a motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Services Administrator for our client based in the Gloucester area. The ideal applicant will have customer service experience and work to a high degree of accuracy at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Providing a high level of customer service to clients

* Responsible for inputting sales orders, raising invoices and order documentation.

* Organising and tracking the shipment of orders.

* Taking payments over the phone

* Being first point of contact for all clients regarding queries.

* Processing purchase and sales orders.

* Managing stock levels.

Required skills:

* Previous admin and customer services experience

* Experience of working with Excel and preferably SAGE (desirable not essential).

* Good numeracy skills

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to work on own initiative

* Friendly and outgoing with the ability to fit into a small team

Normal hours of work are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £16,500- £20,000, depending on experience.

20 days holiday + bank holidays.
