Smile Education is currently searching for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Due to a high volume of business and internal growth, we are searching for a driven and motivated individual to join our team.

As the Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Client generation and business development across the West Midlands area
- Managing client bookings, vacancies, and expectations
- Building and retaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Management of client visits with new and existing clients
- Candidate generation i.e. using innovative sourcing techniques to generate candidates for early years vacancies
- Organising open day events to attract candidates from the local areas

To be considered for this post, the successful applicant will possess the following:

- Full/Clean UK driving license
- Recent experience or a background in recruitment or within a sales environment (desirable however, is not essential)
- A positive, self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
- A desire to succeed
- Excellent communication and written skills
