As Compliance and Planning Manager you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager, as recognised by others by:

Ensuring pro-active management of technical support activities including asset compliance and remedial activity across the development portfolio
Identifying, supporting and implementing new processes and systems to improve output in planning and scheduling plus compliance and remedial management

This role reports to the Director of Technical Services and has a team of up to 6 direct reports and 3 indirect reports across 2 locations

About You

You have extensive experience in managing technical support teams, and are driven to motivate and develop your team to deliver excellence and high quality service.

As you are H&S qualified and have knowledge of statutory compliance legislation means you are able to recognise process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, undertake gap analysis and implement solutions. If you have experience in understanding the property market that would be advantageous.

Communication comes naturally to you, and you are confident and articulate with the ability to discuss issues and opportunities clearly at all management levels.

Main Responsibilities

Manage the activities of the Asset Compliance Team and support the Lift Management Team.
Ensure the scheduling of asset contractors is undertaken including Purchase Order requisition, in order to complete remedial activities in a timely manner
Develop and manage measurement and reporting processes to maximise compliance performance within the business.
Develop asset management processes and procedures to support asset lifecycle management.
Develop planning and scheduling processes to support operational teams in existing and new-win developments
Lead the implementation of new systems and processes in line with the Technical Services strategy for asset management and maintenance management.
Be part of the Technical Services senior management team to review, discuss and address issues. Offer up improvement opportunities to evolve Technical Services to be the technical function of choice.
Coach and develop team to undertake analysis of assets and compliance performance, in order to expose issues and opportunities.
