Job Requirements



The Cloud Go-to-Market Program Manager will drive cloud enablement programs for all of NetApp field and partner organizations. Developing structured programs for sales motions, use case-based content requirements, defining success metrics and program execution would be the primary objectives for this individual. You will build relationships across Sales, Partner, Marketing and Product Management organizations and ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned with our cloud go-to-market strategy. You will define processes for tracking sales motions through the sales cycle and measuring organizational performance across these motions. You will align closely with product management and product marketing to ensure successful execution of our cloud GTM programs.



Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute programs to drive key Go-to-Market sales motions across multiple systems and stakeholders

* Develop and execute programs to drive field sales and partner enablement

* Define success metrics and measurement/tracking processes and manage program execution for the entire sales cycle

* Act as an expert on NetApps cloud GTM tactics across all internal stakeholders at NetApp through process and execution excellence



Education



* 10+ years of experience in driving enterprise GTM programs and sales motions

* 5+ years of experience in managing performance metrics across various systems

* Understanding of enterprise cloud solutions and related sales motions

* Experience in sales or marketing operations management

* Experience with top cloud providers, consulting organizations and/or global system integrators is required

* Collaborative personality; comfortable working across many functions and teams

* A creative go-getter who is full of ideas and can execute on those ideas in a fast-paced, demanding environment with excellent interpersonal and social skills

* A bachelors degree is required. MBA is a plus.

Travel Required - 40% (includes domestic and int.)
