This role is suitable for either someone with experience within the industry or for a graduate engineer who is looking for a challenge. My client is open minded and invests highly in training for those who are less experienced. You main objective is to investigate & deliver non-conformity reports, root cause and implement best possible corrective actions to avoid re-occurrences, customer complaint & accident / incident reporting. Completing internal/external calibrations records as well as applying risk management processes to improve our Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Managements systems.

Key Tasks

* Investigating non-conformities, complaints & incidents to find the root cause and implement best possible corrective actions to avoid re-occurrences

* Develop risk management processes to determine most significant areas of improvement.

* Internal auditing to ISO standards

* Carry out Health & Safety risk assessments of Machinery, Plant & Processes

* Promote improvement to training activities, safety and product quality

Working Hours - Flexible – 38 hours a week between 7am – 5:30pm (Core Hours Mon–Thurs, 9am – 4pm Fri 9am – 12)

Salary - £17,000 - £22,000 (depending on experience)
