Your new company

You will be working at a hospital for a facilities management and maintenance company. This company ensures that all maintenance projects throughout the medical centres in Bristol are completed to a high standard.

Your new role

You will be carrying out reactive and planned electrical maintenance throughout the prison, which will include changing light bulbs, rewiring, and troubleshooting any problems that may arise. You may also be asked to carry out other maintenance jobs that are not electrical. You shall be expeted to have your own tools and be aware of the new 18 edition regs.

What you'll need to succeed

4 year minimum apprenticeship/qualification period, 18th edition and it would be beneficial to have your test and inspect.

Along with the relevant qualifications, you need to be security conscious, able to challenge potential compromises and also risk and reliable. To be successful for this role, you will need to pass DBS clearance, or already have on that is valid.
