Quantity Surveyor – large respected Developer – up to £65,000 + Benefits

One of the most respected Developers in London has a new position due to Growth for an Additional Quantity Surveyor to join their team. With a name in the industry for delivering some of the most prestigious residential schemes, our client is proud to be involved in flagships schemes across London.

With an impressive portfolio in London and multiple divisions along with regional offices, our client is in a strong position in the market with an ongoing pipeline of exciting developments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with over £3 Billion assets and a growing revenue in the Billions!

Within one of their most successful regions, they are looking to bring an experienced QS in to be part of the management team for a 7-year project in the Vauxhall area consisting of high rise residential up to 1300 units, and Commercial/retail aspects. This individual will report into the Senior Commercial Manager and be responsible for forecasting and have multiple QS’s reporting up through the various phases.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work for a successful Developer with a guaranteed exciting new project for the next 7 years! Our client has a solid commercial team in place which will be looking to grow in time as the scheme progresses.

For this role, our client is looking to pay up to circa £65,000 + package.
