Based in our Erith MSC as a Trainee Survey Engineer with Speedy, you will be a key part of the depot operations.  You will be a key player in keeping our Survey workshop productive meaning equipment is always available for our customers to ensure their experience with us is always positive and we continue to be the best hire company in the industry.

Main responsibilitiesAs a Trainee Survey Engineer at Speedy you will take part in our four year internal Survey Engineer Training Programme.  Throughout this programme you will spend time being trained by our knowledgeable and experienced colleagues along with working with specialist manufacturers who supply survey equipment to us

Programme Overview:

Year 1: This year will consist of you learning about the equipment we carry and hire out in particular focusing on what each piece of equipment is used for and ensuring that it is calibrated correctly ready for customer hire.

Years 2-4: Will see you work on selected products each year learning how to:

Test survey equipment

Repair survey equipment

Take part in specialist manufacturer training some of which will take place at manufacturer premises abroad

Comfortable attending training at other sites in the country and travelling abroad for training with manufacturers
