Role: Department Receptionist

Role Type: Full Time

Salary: National Minimum Wage

The Role:

· To liase with the contacts within the organisation via the telephone, e-mail and face to face to help support and resolve issues if you can.

· To create a booking /ticket for the enquiry if the first initial contact cannot resolve the issue using companies internal booking tool system

· Ensure bookings are dealt in a timely manner to maintain shortest possible lead-time from point enquiry

· Maintain files to ensure easy access to booking details

· To prioritise own work load for the day

· To work closely with other departments

· To work to deadlines

· Adhere to all Company processes, procedures, policies and standards

· Maintain effective working relationships

· As a team member to contribute to the overall success of the team and the departmental goals by maintaining regular attendance, punctuality, always focus and professional

The Candidate:

· Customer Services and IT background

· Good communication skills

· PC literate, especially MS Excel and Microsoft packages

· Empathy with customers and able build up a trusting and working relationship

· Problem solving

· Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure

· Team player
