Stock Control Clerk

We are recruiting for a Stock control clerk in the Burton on Trent.

Working for a globally recognised logistics firm, with the potential of a permanent position being offered to the correct candidate.

As a Stock control clerk you will need to have:

* Previous administration experience

* Understanding of Microsoft suite - outlook, email, excel

* Experience of a warehouse environment

* Good communication skills

* Ability to work well along side an existing team


* Salary: £22,500 per annum including shift allowance

* Working Hours are: Monday-Friday. 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am on a rotational basis - Operate over 3 shifts, and weekends

* Location: Burton

* Duration: Ongoing - opportunity for permanent employment

Role of a Stock control clerk:

* Operate systems; SAP, OPUS, GTS & PTMS

* Answer Operations phones in management's absence as appropriate

* Operate over 3 shifts, and weekends - shift allowance included in salary

* Monitor and advise on product in transit vs order allocation

* Update/maintain Operational spread-sheets and systems as appropriate
