Boutique Air allows passengers to fly private for the cost of

commercial, and were currently looking for a detail-oriented new team

member with a positive and professional attitude to support the

extraordinary growth of our network. The Contract Recruiter is

responsible for the full cycle recruitment for the company. The

full-cycle recruitment includes identifying, connecting, and

evaluating candidates against open requisitions while also helping to

drive strategic initiatives and planning the implementation of

recruiting campaigns as needed. Ideally, this team member will assist

with operations as part of a small team in our San Francisco HQ.

However, will consider remote recruiters.


* Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions

at once including drafting and posting job ads, sourcing passive

candidates, interviewing and screening potential candidates to

ensure they meet employment and position qualifications,

scheduling interviews/coordinating appointments, generating

background checks, and administering new hire paperwork for

candidates as assigned

* Act as Brand Ambassador using creative and strategic methods to

attract talent

* Build credible and collaborative relationships with hiring

managers to assure hiring is consistent with business goals,

provide regular updates throughout the process, and ensure all

roles are being filled in a timely manner

* Record and communicate recruiting updates and metrics to hiring

managers and various stakeholders

* Build pipeline for multiple requisitions across the company and

several markets

* Manage the Companys Applicant Tracking System to ensure all

information is regularly updated, organized, and complies with all

applicable federal, state, and local regulations

* Provide stellar candidate experience and customer service while

representing Boutique Airs brand with integrity and


* Provide support to the HR team on related projects and duties as



* Experience in full-cycle recruiting with an emphasis on sourcing

(including scheduling, greeting candidates, process management and

making offers)

* Experience sourcing dynamic candidates across a variety of roles

for startups

* Passion for and dedication to improving the candidate experience

* Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) such as


* Experience working with job board tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter

and AngelList Talent.

* Ability to identify and source top talent

* Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a

high-paced, changing work environment
